Duties And Responsibilities Of The Board Of Commissioners. The duties and responsibilities of the Board of Commissioners include:

1. To supervise the management policy, the course of the management in general, both concerning the Company and the Company’s business conducted by the Board of Directors
2. Providing advice to the Board of Directors including supervision on the implementation of RJPP, RKAP, provisions of Articles of Association, decisions of the GMS, and legislations.
3. Comply with the provisions of laws and/or Articles of Association.
4. Responsible and authorized to oversee the management policy, the course of the management in general, both concerning the Company and the Company’s business, and provide advice to the Board of Directors.
5. To supervise and provide advice for the interest of the Company in accordance with the purposes and objectives of the Company, and not intended for the interest of certain parties or groups (monoloyality).
6. Arrange the division of duties governed by the Board of Commissioners.• Develop Work Plan and Annual Budget (RKAT), which is an integral part of RKAP.
7. Submit reports on supervisory duty that have been done during the past financial year to the GMS.
8. Monitor and ensure that GCG is implemented effectively and sustainably.
9. Ensure that the Company’s Annual Report contains information in accordance with the provisions.
10. Reporting to the Company concerning ownership of shares and/or family to the Company and other companies including any changes.

In performing its duties, the Board of Commissioners is assisted by the committees as supporting organs of the Board of Commissioners:

1. Audit Committee which in carrying out its duties, responsibilities, and authorities is conducted in accordance with the Charter of the Audit Committee.
2. The Investment and Risk Management Committee that provides input and evaluates the risk management system, internal controls, and provides information to the Board of Commissioners on related issues to anticipate risks that may occur.
